Project Overview

The South Point mall is located in Phase V of Gurgaon and is intended to cater to our current and planned residential projects in that area like The Aralias, The Magnolias, The Princeton, The Carlton Estates, Trinity Towers etc. The project will comprise of a total lettable area of approximately 3 lakh sq feet of high quality retail space and will cater to a supermarket, department stores, smaller retail outlets and a food court. The project will also provide parking for upto 620 cars.
