Overview
The Royalton Tower' is located on the
30 metre wide Sector Road in Phase-V, DLF City, Gurgaon. It
will comprise of a single Tower with 76 apartments. The three-acre
complex housing the Tower will feature 19 floors with four apartments
per floor. Its structure is designed
for the highest seismic consideration in line with Zone-V
norms to provide better safety. Standing on a 1.287-acre plot,
The Royalton Tower will have a sparkling aluminium and glass
façade. Each apartment will have four spacious bedrooms,
an L-shaped living and dining area, and a utility room.
The complex will have imported marble in
the living, dining, lobby and passage and lobby areas, and
wooden laminated flooring in all the bedrooms. Other amenities
include power back up of up to 10 KVA, advanced fire detection
and sprinkler systems, CCTV surveillance, dedicated parking
space, water and sewage treatment plants, and rainwater harvesting
facilities. There would be an exclusive club and swimming
pool for the residents. |
